RAMPA Type SKD + KT
The RAMPA Insert Type SKD allows the concealed assembly of furniture elements, connected with a RAMPA Mushroomhead Screw with hexagon socket Type KT. Due to the design of the insert, the individual furniture elements will be smoothly connected and can allow an extensive tensile load.
RAMPA Type Q + KS
A RAMPA Cross Dowel type Q has been inserted into the frame and the RAMPA Countersunk Screw type KS with hexagon socket is connected perpendicular to the dowel.
RAMPA Type TS + KF
The RAMPA Knock-in Insert type TS with its knurled shank is driven into the wood. The board is attached from above with a RAMPA Flathead Screw type KF.

By use of washers the screw can be fastened with greater tightening torque without the screw being pressed into the material. The assembly of the screw head into the wood allows a flush appearance.

The connectors allow a concealed assembly of large and heavy components that are also subject to various stresses in everyday usage. It is also possible for technically inexperienced users to easily assemble on location.
RAMPA Type BAN/BAV
The self-cutting threaded insert is used in hard materials like metal, aluminium, corian, stone, cast iron, etc. The three-hole cutting edges cut the thread for the inserts in a predrilled hole. The chips are transported into the internal thread and should be removed by use of airpressure.

The self-cutting insert can be appired into diverse materials. The case hardened slot cuts the thread for the insert into the material and the chips are transported into the internal thread and should be removed by use of airpressure.
